Los Naranjos Golf Club Overview
Renowned golf architect Robert Trent Jones considered Los Naranjos to be one of his best designs. Located only 5 minutes from Puerto Banus and with its pleasant staff the course is a pleasure to play and considered one of the friendliest courses on the coast.
A stunning course with a good mixture of holes and challenges that will always keep you fascinated. With its wide fairways this is a great one for golfers of all levels. However, this by no means makes it an easy course as one needs to be aware of the strategically placed fairway bunkers and water hazards designed to catch out the unwary! Not to mention the water holes to test you just when you think you are scoring well! In many ways playing this course is like playing a set of 9 holes from two different courses. The front 9 are wide and open, whereas the back nine are very tight, and as the name suggests, played through several orange groves.
The intimidating par 5 18th hole finishes in American style towards an elevated green protected by a water hazard at the front of it and the impressive clubhouse behind adds to the atmosphere with the entire clubhouse watching from the large terrace!
Los Naranjos Golf Club is extremely proud of it’s restaurant, open from early morning until dark every day of the year. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, a full meal between 12 and 16 from an impressive menu, have a beer (or two) in the bar after the game - or, if you are visiting the Club a Sunday - why don’t go for the Grand Open Sunday Buffet, well-known all over Costa del Sol! As already mentioned, the restaurant terrace overlooks the green of the 18th hole - a beautiful place to enjoy a good meal and excellent service!

Great Course
Miles Tomlinson from CambridgeEvery year this is our safe bet. We like to try new courses but we always play Naranjos. The green fees are reasonable especially at the moment because they are doing work on the front 9. The course is good fun to play and with nice wide open fairways, so unlike some of the local courses in the area you don't come off wondering why you ever bothered picking up the game in the first place!

My Marbella Favourite
NeilLos Naranjos is a friendly golf course for all. The prices are reasonable, the course was not too busy when we played and it was a thoroughly enjoyable round of golf. There is quite a difference between the front and the back nine which makes it very enjoyable and presents you with lots of different challenges.

Los Naranjos is located behind Nueva Andalucia near Puerto Banus. Take the first exit road after you pass Puerto Banus and the Andalucia Plaza Casino in the direction of San Pedro de Alcantara. Follow the road up to a roundabout and take the 2nd exit and follow the signposts. Then after about 1km take the 3rd exit from the roundabout and you should see the club.
