The hotel serves a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning. Los Arcos - The hotel’s main restaurant is divided into two sections. The larger part has a buffet bar, a poolside terrace, and a Mediterranean menu. The other section, called La Bodeguita, is a typical Spanish café with tiled floor, cut-off sherry barrels, bullfight posters, and copper pans hanging from the ceiling. Tapas is served here. Kaede Japanese Restaurant - This restaurant is located in its own wooden building, with views of the swimming pools, gardens, “Valley of Golf,” and even the sea on a clear day. Onsite is the first class 27-hole La Quinta golf course and golf academy beautifully designed by Manuel Pinero, three times world champion and winner of the Ryder Cup. Three pools, including a children’s pool, are also available. The fitness centre includes Asian massage, reflexology treatments, a sauna, and cardiovascular equipment. In the summer, a shuttle bus provides transportation to the beach. The hotel also has two convention centres that are modern and well-equipped and a rooftop terrace perfect for social gathering and welcome drinks.We had the perfect romantic getaway up at the Westin. We wanted somewhere out of the hustle and bustle of Marbella but close enough to drive to and to get to visit some of the more quaint Spanish villages in the mountains. It was perfect for us, the surrounding golf course, although we don’t play, was a lovely back drop and we had a good laugh at some of the players! The spa was great and so we thought was the food (even have a sushi and teppanyaki chef) but we heard some complaints going on nearby? There’s always someone...
