They ensure that your property is fully maintained internally and externally and is completely secure in your absence so when you do come to use it everything is just how you would want it to be. We cannot recommend them highly enough they have taken away all our previous concerns of leaving an empty property overseas”

Couldn't do Without C&N!
Anne WrightWe bought our property in Puerto Banus in November 2005,since that time we have used C&N Property Management to provide us with support in servicing and taking care of our property during our absence. We have been delighted with the service provided by Catie , Neil and Ilona. They have been a huge help in sorting out some of the early work needed to establish our home and in providing ongoing help with cleaning , laundry ,shopping etc.We find their service exceptional- always reliable, cheerful and friendly and applied with a lot of common sense.We appreciate the care they put into getting things right for us and their attention to detail .We have high standards and want to be able to enjoy our holiday home ‘hassle free’, C&N provide us with that peace of mind and have achieved that goal for us. Excellent Services
Kevin & Helen QuiggFrom the very early days of us buying our new apartment in Puerto Banus we have used C&N Property Management as our management team. Both Catie and Neil have an excellent understanding of a client’s needs when they are based at home overseas. No detail or job is too small for Catie or Neil and they have a very good set of contacts in the area who also offer the same excellent service. I would strongly recommend using C&N Property Management to both close friends and anyone else looking for an excellent service in the Marbella and Banus areas.

Aldo & Bronagh MorelliWe have been a client of C&N for over 4 years now and can honestly say they have been superb. We have never had to deal with any hassles and they are always only a phone call away,nothing seems to be a problem for them which is very refreshing in this day and age. We could not manage without them or our holidays would not be holidays.
