Headed by the young chef, Jaime Pérez Sicilia, a former student of Ferrán Adrià, with whom he worked in Adrià´s restaurant in Rosas as well as in El Bulli Catering. Together with his team, Pérez presents original projects that will surely have the town talking. The restaurant is an enclave that, in addition to provoking great culinary interests, fuses quality and modern, Avant-Garde decoration. The best examples of the superb products are found here, with a great variety of dishes to satisfy.
